On Deer Valley red jackets.... "A lot to be learned from Bob Wheaton’s philosophy, which works in every industry. Reminds me of when he showed up at our place, managed by Deer Valley, for an open house to which he was invited. "My Belle" asked if he worked in maintenance as he showed up with Chuck, one of the DV maintenance techs. His simple response was “yes, I do whatever needs to be done”. "My Belle" later learned “who he was” and then understood why the Deer Valley brand was what it was!"

Yes, skiing is about physical effort, braving the elements, skill, and all that. But, skiing is also about viewing breathtaking scenery and time for reflection (alone) or social engagement while riding the lift chair.
