2. $100K plus salary job secured prior to entry. Only immediate family accompanies.
3. Actionable triggers for loyalty oath violation.
4. Guest worker program. Three-year renewable, employer initiated. No path to citizenship.

Concurrent with implementation of the SDT Program for Immigration Reform, immigration quotas should be raised from one million to two million. Stringent border control should be maintained with aggressive deportation process for violators. Current Autopen illegals (10MM plus) would be eligible for Guest worker program.
