Forty year plus friends Bishop and Pope reunited for another ski week. The Pope was chief financial regulator of the State of Florida for five years.

Drew Breakspear and Steve Taylor keep the spirit of Park Citi on life support. OK... Park Citi is not getting the circa forty Park Citi list members to its annual ski event like it did in the aughts. But, at least two of us are keeping up the tradition. I hear occasionally from co Park Citi organizer Tom Dunton, who lives in Aspen. I haven't heard from co-Park Citi organizer Carol Tucker in a while. She moved to South Carolina after Tom passed. If she's reading this, send us a note. Co-Park Citi organizers Steve and Marcia Crabtree have both passed (RIP). The Callens and the Tozers, uber hosts for Park Citi events, are here. Margaret and I attended a Super Bowl party at the Callens and two weeks before that had dinner with Jim and Zibby.

Let me know if you are coming this way. Deer Valley has doubled in size and now features five five-star ski-in/ski-out hotel properties. We'll ski or put together a dinner with Park City (Citi) locals.

Drew and I, friends for over forty years, find much to jabber about on the lift chair. Today, it was who had the best wildlife sighting. Drew, in a jeep going in reverse, being chased by a bull elephant in Botswana, or me losing count of brown bears motorcycling up the Alaska highway.

Drew and I are both eighty years old. But I made it clear to him that I am a Silent (August 1945) and he is a Boomer (January 1946). I stand by my cohort. He must stand by his.
