Stockli ski buddy Lee had flown in from New York state to assist Stockli with solar power installation at his (Stockli's) home. It's passed inspection... now, it needs to be net metered to the grid.

I love seeing this type of thing. A lot of joy comes from producing your own food.
Addendum:
Dear Steve,
I've been really enjoying the picto diaries, especially this one! Your distillation of thoughts on the historical significance of the art you observed in the MOA is great. I especially appreciate your perspective on how the world has changed so much since you were young--being raised in Provo, attending university in Cairo, and working in India. That personal connection to history is what makes it so much more interesting to me, and hearing about the political effectiveness of presidents from a more international perspective is eye-opening.
To you and Margaret, thank you for bringing Grandma down and for treating all of us to dinner! Ian enjoyed meeting you and I enjoyed watching you meet him. He could've withstood more grilling, but I thought you had great questions and genuinely appreciate your interest in both of our lives. I hope we can come up and visit you and Margaret in Park City sometime this winter. Maybe Ian and I will even attempt to go skiing!
All the best,
Rachel,
