LSDM: Big Beautiful Bill gonna stymie the bond markets a la Liz Truss?
MK: $1.6 Trillion savings over next ten years compared to current spending rates. Americans are going to prosper because of this bill.
LSDM: You're a medical doctor. There are many indicators of Americans being less healthy. Declining life spans, obesity epidemic, declining sperm counts, sky rocketing autism rates. RFK Jr.s team of cancelled firebrands (Dr. Oz, Jay Bhattacharya, Marty Makary, Casey Means) is poised to tackle some of these problems. Do you think that they'll succeed?
MK: Today we pay to make Americans sick (sugar et al) and then we pay to make them well (big Pharma). RFK Jr. 's airing a debate on health care is a good thing and I'm hopeful for some positive changes in US health outcomes.

Dr. Kennedy's office contacted LSDM yesterday and said he'd like to stop by to visit with LSDM today. Who are we to quibble? We appreciate Dr. Kennedy's contribution to Utah and to Utah 3 (which includes Park City) as a US Congressman and encourage him to make frequent return visits to LSDM.

We've been attending the Spring Salon, a showcase for Utah artists, for years. It's a must do, favorite Utah excursion for us. We own Utah artist paintings by Karl Thomas, Jeffery Pugh, Conan Matthews, Alvin Gittins, C.J. Hales, and Douglas Aagard.

Over 200 in attendance. Glenn Wright was a forward air controller USAF pilot in the Vietnam War. Nann Worel served as a US Navy nurse in Long Beach, CA. MC Glenn Wright called for participants to name fallen vets that they knew. Twenty or so responded, naming fallen friends or loved ones. Moving. Apropos of the day.
