Musk/LDS Partnership?

A recent public controversy about whether or not Mormon's are "Christian," has surfaced a vigorous discussion on social media about the putative differences between Mormons and "Christians." One of those "differences" discussed has been, of course, the historical, but now banned by the Mormon Church, practice of polygamy.

This got me to thinking.

As the collapse of Western Civilization gains momentum due, among others, to declining birth rates, polygamy could be revived as a civilization preserving exigency. Elon Musk, with fourteen kids by four women, all living, and mostly remaining close to him, may already be setting an example for others to follow in a new civilization saving, childbearing paradigm.

Perhaps the Mormons could revive practice of polygamy and partner with Elon to provide significant institutional support for civilizational recovery. Despite having renounced the practice of polygamy in 1890, the doctrine of polygamy remains alive and well in Mormon scripture (Doctrine and Covenants 132). Think of it! A resuscitated practice of Mormon polygamy in partnership with the world's richest man could morph into the tip of the spear for Western Civilizational reboot.
