There are good skiers out there, but the sport does not have the spontaneity nor is it as exciting as it was in our day. Also, I'm worried about the extremes that freestyle skiing now embraces. For example, aerials ski jumps are very high and injury prone. Practice for aerial skiing on trampolines is a cause of injuries.
