Europe's Uncertain Prospects - 03 April 2026

Did DJT's invasion of Iran wake Europe up to the threats to its future of ongoing cultural and economic decline exacerbated by a reduced US cushion? There is evidence that Trump's Iran wakeup call is having some effect. It will be interesting to see how the strengthening populist (dare we say MFGA?) La Pen faction does in the April 2027 French presidential elections. German Chancellor Merz is now championing an anti-immigration line which includes DJT-like deportation provisions. In late March 2026, the UK Home Office announced significant reforms to non-crimes hate incident (NCHI) guidelines, effectively directing police to stop investigating perfectly legal but offensive social media posts. This action leaves UK police more time to focus on the growing Muslim grooming gangs scandal.

To be sure, Europe will be in turmoil for the next decade as it attempts to wean itself from socialist, globalist dogma that has given rise to her current ails. Will European religious passions arise from the ashes of a radical secularist cultural vacuum and overwhelming levels of non-assimilating immigration? Place your bets. Bring out the popcorn. As for me and my house, I'm betting against Europe's recovery, still hoping for the best. In any case, as Western Culture disintegrates in Europe, you must admit... it was good living at the apex!
