Dad used these Harvard Business Review (HBR) pieces, 'Skyhooks.... "Business Leadership... Creative Society, and .... as touchstones for his business management philosophy: motivation of people occurs best by imputing dignity to the individual. Dad correlated ideas derived from these HBR pieces to Christian doctrine including such LDS scriptures as Doctrine and Covenants 121:41-43:
